The Inspiration behind our Gratitude – Dr. Won H. Kim

Dr. Won H. Kim dedicated his life to researching the inherent benefits of water as a result of his daughter's illness and incredible recovery. Start your day with Gratitude and experience the transformation!" Dr. Kim received his doctorate in Biochemistry from Oxford University and is currently a professor at Yonsei University in Korea.

Directions

1. Wash the inside of Gratitude. Fill with water, shake about 10 seconds, and drain. Repeat 3 times.
2. Pour filtered drinking water into Gratitude. Do not use tap water.
3. You will notice a bubble forming from the cartridge. This is active Hydrogen which converts the water to an alkaline micro-cluster state.
4. Wait 20 minutes as water completes the conversion.
5. Refill 2-3 times daily as needed to receive 1.5-2 liters of water.
6. Keep the cartridge in the water at all times.
7. Water will last 2-3 days if kept refrigerated in the bottle.
8. Any change in the color or taste of the water is not harmful. Empty, rinse and refill.
9. Wash the cartridge once a week. Pour filtered water into the bottle to cover the cartridge. Drop a small cap of vinegar or citric acid and shake for 10 seconds. Rinse with clean water 2-3 times. Do not use a brush, detergent or hot water.
10. Lifetime of the cartridge is approximately 12 months at 2 liters per day.
