My Story:

In 2001 I was in a car accident and it left me in a lot of pain (Fibromyalgia), migraines (2 bulging discs), low back pain (3 bulging discs) and a right leg limp.  Chiropractic helped me get to a plateau physically, about 7-% better.  But, I still had a lot of pain and my right leg was unstable....so, my Chiropractor and I began looking for something more.   I am so blessed to have found Dr. Eric Berg.  He is a Chiropractor, Nutritionist and the discoverer of an incredible technique called the Body Restoration Technique (BRT).  I went out to Alexandria, Virginia to learn this technique from Dr. Berg himself.  When it came to the demonstration portion of the class, I was volunteered.  After a short demonstration I walked away without my limp, I was in tears.  I had tears of joy & hope.  I finally felt my dreams of being a doctor could be a reality once again.  I also knew that I could help even more people. 

I am graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College – Los Angeles.  In addition to earning a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1997, I also hold a degree in Drafting and Graphic Arts.  My previous career experience includes retail management, social work and sales.

I am a Northern California native and practice in Pasadena and Encino, CA.      Maps

Types of Practice:

Body Restoration Technique (BRT): An acupressure point technique used to restore proper balance and communication throughout the body. It uses body reflex points, muscle testing in a unique way to find and correct energy blockages. 

Diversified Technique:  Diversified adjusting of the spine uses specific lines of drives for all manual thrusts, allowing for specificity in correcting mechanical distortions of the spine.

Nutritional Consulting: Using whole food vitamin complex supplementation and diet recommendations, I evaluate which nutrition a person needs to improve their health.

Weight Loss: As a person ages it becomes more and more difficult to lose weight. You might just say to yourself that you can't do anything about this because everyone gets fat as they age. However, you can do something. Age does make fat-burning hormones more resistant but there are several strategic things you CAN do to make things easier.

Sports & Fitness Consultation:  I can help you assess your athletic and exercise/fitness goals and analyze your motivation to prevent injuries caused by going beyond sensible activity limits given your age, health profile, preexisting conditions, and any other factors. I can offer training and nutrition suggestions, do periodic reevaluations to monitor your progress toward your fitness or competition goals, and work to prevent and treat injuries and rehabilitate you if you are injured.  Fitness Equipment
